Our Approch & Values
At the GO Fund, we don’t run programs. We build partnerships.
We work alongside community-based organizations that deeply understand their people, culture, and challenges. Together, we co-develop programs from the earliest stages, shaping ideas into practical initiatives rooted in local knowledge and community priorities.
Our partners lead day-to-day implementation, while the GO Fund provides ongoing collaboration behind the scenes through program design, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, and sustainability planning. By staying engaged throughout a project’s life, we help programs grow, adapt, and continue creating opportunity over time. Many of our partnerships have lasted for more than a decade, allowing initiatives to build income, resilience, and independence year after year.
