Our Approach & Values
At the GO Fund, we don’t run programs. We build partnerships.
We partner with community-based organizations that design and lead the work. Together, we develop programs from the earliest stages, ensuring each initiative is grounded in local knowledge and community priorities.
Our partners are responsible for implementation and daily operations. The GO Fund supports this work through program design, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, and long-term planning.
We stay involved throughout each program, working with partners to review progress, make improvements, and plan for continued growth. Many of our partnerships have lasted over a decade, helping communities build income, resilience, and independence year after year.
